      Pros

      Intelligent and kind unit level leadership. Excellent teams of nursing with an environment conducive to improving practice no matter the cost and without incentive.

      Cons

      Lack of perception by executive levels that nurses within the facility dedicate time and energy to make it a successful place to work. Executive level always chooses cheapest budget no matter the problem at hand or the compromise in quality
