      Pros

      Good pay & decent benefits. Ability to transfer providing current department doesn’t bad mouth you.

      Cons

      Horrible middle mgmt. On boarding ridiculously unorganized. Communication and leadership within department is inefficient, inconsistent, and unclear. Middle management is petty and doesn’t take responsibility for their own behavior, communication (or lack thereof), or mistakes. Asking questions is encouraged however if you ask, they belittle you and don’t help. Retaliatory culture.
