Lots of independence in your day to day work

Cons

Completely toxic management - i can’t overstate how bad shyrel and erica are as managers. The gaslighting, the blaming, the favoritism, constantly changing guidelines, just avoid it.

Pros

flexible schedule as PRN, lots of overtime available, great Management

Cons

Whole structure and workflow changed after BHS "merger" Company claimed to be in debt following COVID hours were cut, barred from doing overtime, a low quality mobile assessment team was brought in to "help fill holes in the schedule", when it was really an effort to save money. Paying the mobile team was cheaper than paying good staff overtime, per management.
