Pros

The Emory name brings you in the door.

Cons

A lot of bad reviews because it is a highly toxic environment. Seems as though management just use it as a stepping stone for something greater without resolving issues. It needs better management that care more about the employees and not just pretend to. Also seem to bring in New hires with hopes of them having "fresh" ideas to solve problems.
