New leadership structure is a disaster. Managers are over modalities that they do not have knowledge of. My manager was a xray tech that did not know anything about nuclear medicine. She ran it like a xray department. Lots of micro managing. Director and managers very disingenuous.

My experience with this position has been deeply disappointing. The recruitment process was misleading, promising decent hours and conditions that were quickly overturned once I started. The training was chaotic and disorganized, leaving me unprepared for my role. Being forced to work remotely after training, despite preferring in-person employment, only added to the frustration, especially considering the long commute. Supervisors were absent and provided minimal support, and safety concerns arose due to inadequate security measures. Overall, this job is not what it seems, and I strongly advise others to seek better career opportunities elsewhere.
