Pros

Lots of learning opportunities. See a wide range of patients.

Cons

There is no accountability among staff which leads to the Wild West. Used to care about their employees pre covid, and after they got their new CEO Dr. Joon they don’t care about Employees or patients. They just want to see as many people as possible. They do not care about how well the care they providing is. Emory unfortunately is just a brand

Pros

Compensation is competitive for the area; however, workplace culture and expectations present ongoing challenges.

Cons

The work environment is challenging and often feels unhealthy. Expectations are frequently unrealistic, and decision-making appears influenced by cliques, which can limit collaboration, transparency, and morale.
