Pros

Great benefits The supervisor team is pretty nice and they are generally pretty helpful

Cons

The call center in Decatur plaza is VERY unorganized and lacks policies and procedures. Everything is open for interpretation. I was confused and frustrated the entire time that I worked it. The clinic/hospital side of Emory is much better. Don't even get me started on dress code-it's a complete joke. People wear all sorts of provocative and inappropriate things to work.

Pros

The name. Medical benefits. Multiple locations. Merit raises. Holiday gift card. Pilot programs. Connection to Emory university. Partnerships with other companies and school. Tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Too political. Not a lot of diversity in leadership. Really have to know some to advance higher. Budget is super tight. High turnover.

Pros

There are some good benefits for working at Emory Clinic. I work on an amazing team and have great co-workers. The location is decent, but away from the actual hospital. The name, "Emory Healthcare" looks good on your resume. Employees are provided with good insurance plans and other benefits.

Cons

There is lack of support and understanding from management. There is no room for growth and development within the call-center setting. High-school students could be hired to fulfill the job duties/requirements, a degree of higher education is not needed. The call-center has an extremely high turnover rate.
