Stable, not going anywhere. Good people and employees. Genuine concern and care of patients but departments are not properly funded and run extremely lean.

I have been here 38 years. I have seen a big improvement in management and treatment of staff. The main campus hospital is Magnet certified, which is where I work. Our staffing ratio on med surg floor is generally 4:1( our patients are very sick with multiple co-morbidities). Of course it still can be bad if your staffing is down but that is the case for the entire Atlanta area at this time. There are relatively good benefits and pay for this area. Plus living in Atlanta and surrounding area is a rich and full life.
