      Big company, big opportunities

      -Plenty of opportunities to move up in the company -Encourages and rewards certifications and additional education in specialty -Easy to transfer to different departments in the facility

      Cons

      -Big facility so hard to not become a “number” -Company does not encourage change or individualism - If you get terminated you will not be allowed at any of its facilities and Emory makes up majority of the hospitals in metro Atlanta

      Excellent benefits, and they increased their pay to be one of the highest paying healthcare system in Georgia.

      The traffic in Atlanta is terrible. If you live far away, I advise you to leave early.
