Pros

The rehab team at Emory John’s Creek Hospital is one of the best I’ve ever worked with.

Cons

Management is abysmal. They micromanage and focus too much on productivity instead of patient care. They play favoritism especially when it comes to moving up in the department and working weekends. Very little flexibility with hours/schedule.

Pros

Pay was good and that was about it.

Cons

Dangerous nurse to patient ratios, staff bullying and staff being extremely “clicky”. I only last a few months and then I began worrying about losing my license. There was no teamwork, nurses don’t know how to even put an IV there, and techs were always missing.
