Great Place to Work for Entry Level Positions

Pros

Great place for entry level work. The work can get mundane but you can make connections with clinical and administrative staff. You get a good idea of what the healthcare system is like. Great employer match on 401K. Good benefits overall.

Cons

The training for this position was very scattered and could use some work. Because the scope of this position varies across departments most of the actual training that you get is on the job and that can be frustrating when this is a patient facing/customer service position and what is expected from you is different at literally every site.
