      -excellent growth opportunities if willing to put up with 2+ years of commitment -benefits are worthwhile the longer you stay with employer

      Cons

      -work environment is not stimulating, with little to no exposure to sunlight for the 8 hour workday -strict management on when employees are at their desk or elsewhere -dress code is too strict. Suit and tie with no room for relaxed dress even if not seeing clients or influential individuals -workday is structured around old fashioned, outdated 8-5 system -PTO structure is inefficient, must work to earn PTO instead of have it available day 1 -employer does not match 403b contributions until 1 year of service -employer does not fully vest 403b contributions until 3 years of service
