Pros

I love helping people on the phone, coordinating an appointment for them, giving them advice, personal or professional and sometimes they even give me advice. I like talking to the senior citizens making them feel better after just talking to them, sometimes that's all they want.

Cons

I wish there was more shifts available to accommodate for work schedules. I also wish that quality control dept look more into the quality of the calls and how much we put into the calls & not always stick to the script of yes or no questions.

Pros

In general, the people who work there are nice people, at least within the department I work in. The pay is pretty decent. The benefits are good, great health, dental, etc.

Cons

The drive to and from work is not that great. Traffic is pretty bad past 7:00AM and after 3:30PM. Sometimes management can make things difficult to get things done.

Pros

Pay was decent, good working environment, insurance and benefits via Emory were great. Enjoyed working with decent, caring, and compassionate co-workers.

Cons

Horrific Atlanta commute! If you don't live near you will live in traffic to get to this job. Don't bother to go for it unless you live within a reasonable distance from there. Again, this is with most jobs in the ATL area, traffic has become one of the worst in the nation. If you live to far from a job, even if you leave on time, there is never a 100% guarantee that you will be there on time. Most employers know this these days, so they are very reluctant to hire you unless you live within reasonable distance. If you can afford it, move closer to your job and hope and pray that you get to keep your job!
