      Pros

      pay, ratios, good management, can park at hospital on weekends and night shift.

      Cons

      lack of resources such as not having a dedicated lift team, not enough respiratory therapists, rarely see PT/OT, never see case managers/social workers, parking (but very organized shuttle system), hard to get training even though teaching hospital, some unprofessionalism going on in overheard coworker conversations, supply stock is always running low
