      Competitive salary and benefits, great coworkers and support staff, friendly, well established, in- house imaging and labs, a great experience

      Cons

      I location was the biggest con for me. It was a long commute and was hard with a family. If local, should consider.

      Pros

      Excellent coworkers, good benefits, decent pay. Clinical staff work very well together and it us a great environment to improve as a bedside clinician.

      Cons

      Too many silos, and the goals and ideas of top senior management don't seem filter down to middle departmental managers. Senior leaders claim to want staff engagement but it doesn't seem to be a priority. There culture is more reactive then proactive and there is a mindset of departmental managers that resist change.
