      Pros

      Large company, wonderful physicians and advanced practice providers, focus on education and research

      Cons

      Awful management on clinical and admin side. The structure of management within the company does not allow problems to be addressed as there are so many hoops to jump through and a large amount of documentation needed before any concern is remotely addressed. Leadership do not listen to their staff- they continue to operate the way they always have even if employees suggest and attempt to implement more efficient practices. I have never felt less listened to.
