Pros

-Diverse and inclusive workplace culture. -Supportive of future career goals. -Healthcare benefits are good.

Cons

-Management cares more about the budget than safe staffing/patient safety. -Raises are minimal and rare. They don’t care about how good of a worker you are. They’ll find a way to pay you less. -Outdated facility with old equipment and constant supply shortages. -Very clique-y, especially amongst leadership. Management is rarely held accountable for their poor performance. Those at the bedside are the first to be thrown under the bus.
