Pros

Good trainig site. If you have time to learn/read, you can definitely learn more!

Cons

Very long hours. Salary based, no overtime pay but most of the time have to work overtime! Burnout easily.

Pros

Benefits start immediately, started in the Decatur call center registering and scheduling patient appointments, was later promoted to a position in one of the clinical offices on main campus.

Cons

Short staffed, overworked and UNDER PAID, training, parking, parking fees, shuttle, feeling a sense of unappreciation, dealing with verbally abusive physicians, STRESSFUL environment, expected to do the work of 2-3 people.
