Pros

Great team on nightshift. Providers helpful and willing to teach

Cons

Clique-ish at times. Manager not very involved with night shift. When I left because I realized CVICU wasn't the best fit for me, the manager gossiped about me with other employees and told them "I didn't like working there." I never had a problem with her or anyone. Never responded to my two-week notice or spoke to me again once I sent it. I've never experienced that with management, but obviously me leaving was for the best.

Pros

You get 8 hours of pto every paycheck which is every 2 weeks.

Cons

They pay pennies on the dollar. Hostile work environment. Coworkers would not work at all for an entire shift and have patients waiting up front for over 30 minutes while they are on the phone gossiping with other people. Employer did not rectify any situations that are going on in the clinic. The company does not protect it's employee's. There was a threat to our location at the Avalon and management did not know what to do. I had to call the police myself because everyone in the building felt unsafe. The insurance is not worth it. You still have to come out of pocket alot of money.
