Pros

People that work here are nice and easy going. During training, company provides industry background to help you understand market and clients. Conscientious of personal time-off. Good benefits and office space.

Cons

No growth opportunities in place to nurture and retain good employees. Management does not care or feel the need to foster a real sense of company culture. No specialty roles or specialization needed/encouraged. Starting salary is below average. Do not expect a major annual increase.

Pros

Most staff are wonderful, and compensation is good

Cons

Personal life may suffer as there is a great demand to work overtime without compensation and if you are unfortunate enough to travel, you end up losing a personal day as you travel Sunday without any compensation.
