Pros

Awesome people, great atmosphere, as long as you show your worth you got accommodated appropriately, vast amounts of different knowledge and expertise. Worked there for 8 years and would have been longer if I hadn't moved

Cons

There is always the bad eggs, rough leads that need to either be taught or back in service, and those who are in service who should be moved to leads. Always tough in such a big and fast moving environment but still manageable within reason

Pros

They have some of the best people to work alongside. A lot of former mechanics that have the grit to make things happen.

Cons

Sometimes it can feel a little like spinning wheels in terms of getting experience in the business logic. But you definitely get out what you put in.

Great benefits, good culture centered around safety, hybrid schedule, and decent pay

Cons

Limited PTO, most companies are switching to unlimited PTO for accounting purposes to great effect - would be nice to see here
