Salary is good (if in a department that isn't understaffed) Most employees are hard working- enviornment ok.

Cons

Favoritism is an issue. Some jobs are not posted for all employees to apply for with positions filled as soon as the job is avaliable. So moving up in the company seems to be limited to "key" personell. Understaffing in most departments, which makes some employees take work home with them just to stay on top of things, and others answering phones on the weekends.

great people...but upon graduation from the think big program the wage was far lower than we were expecting...

please reinstate your wage increases...and start your employees at a better wage upon graduation from the think big program
