Very few early work start i really cant find too many the job is not bad but management will not let you do your job.

Cons

Low pay horrible health insurance poor management too long of day when you dont have to be out there that long.

Vacation Policy id pretty good but nothing else good

Cons

They think its ok for second shift to do first shift work everyday, If they would just look at the hours worked they'd figure out something is very wrong There are more Temps than full time workers which says something
