Very Flexible work life balance

Cons

Constantly fixing operations mistakes. When operations messes up it is your dime to fix or you don't get paid. Company expects you to use personal car,gas,cell phone for all business.

They did not train me at all and then have the audacity to be upset when I would make a mistake. The commission only pay structure was not communicated to me so I expected a salary Because it’s only commission based any work you do apart from selling (unloading, shelving, driving, etc.) is completely unpaid The hiring process is unclear (I was interviewed by 2 people from different sectors and when I got the job no one could tell me where I would be working or how much I would be making

I can’t think of any to be honest. Working for empire was the worst experience ever. If you like being stuck in a position with no career progression then this is for you

Cons

Pay is terrible. Management was awful. Boss was hardly present and when he was he wasn’t helpful. Awful experience. Don’t waste your time
