Pros

Some great co-workers here. Fair pay.

Cons

Micromanaging to a level you will never encounter anyplace else. Even salaried folks are scrutinized by every clock in and clock out that they do. Lunch is from 12:00 - 1:00. Don't even think about clocking out at 11:59 or back in after 1 as you will be explaining this to HR. They know exactly how long it should take when you clock out of the corporate office to go to the plant and you had better be clocking back in at the plant within that time limit. Be prepared to provide proof if there was a lot of traffic or a car accident that slowed you down. In corporate you basically need to raise you hand and ask if you can use the restroom. You will get to work half days every Saturday but one each and every month. Don't worry, no one really does anything but sit around and act busy on Saturday since everyone knows its a waste of time.
