Pros

Great support departments and impressive technology. Very metrics driven. Frequent check ins with team and leaders. Regional leadership is very hands on.

Cons

The staff and management at the branch level were quite catty. Too much fraternization and not enough collaboration. Frequent unprofessional branch level behavior.

The culture at EB is something that a lot of companies are lacking. This along with the senior leadership are amazing

Cons

Pay for colleagues is lower than most in this area. Bonus structure and commission are uncapped, but base pay is far too low

Thank you for the feedback. I'm so glad you value the culture and leadership here. Both are very important to Tom Bickes CEO so it's good to see his focus is visible. On the issue of compensation this is not easy to address. We have to maintain an overall budget that keeps us competitive and at the same time want to reward our employees for their great work.
