Lots of infrastructure; strong back office support; well organized; rewards & recognition

Cons

Built off of big city location model (small and mid size cities will have harder time succeeding)

Cons

The peak season can get very busy with back-to-back calls.

Micromanaged, watched your every move. Had to put up a sign when going to the bathroom.
