      Pros

      From the top down, this company lives its values and encourages all employees to do the same. Although much is expected from everyone, it's appropriately rewarded with fair compensation, a good work environment and supportive leadership. There are also terrific growth opportunities for any colleague that is willing to put forth effort to further their career.

      Cons

      The staffing industry is not for everyone and can certainly be draining. Sometimes it is a struggle to balance work-life responsibilities, but the leadership encourages everyone to do their best.
