      Pros

      Very affordable benefit program for what it provides. Good benefits presentations and opportunities to learn about benefits. Opportunity to learn quickly.

      Cons

      Profit is #1, people development is last. Poor training software and technology. Learn more by doing. HRIS systems need to be upgraded, difficult to enter PTO and keep track of employee information. IT department out of touch with business units.

      Great resources, awesome culture, niche brands, advancement opportunity.

      Cons

      Keep front desk branch admins as temporaries for years before hiring them! I experienced a one sided investigation resulting in my termination and the accusations were totally untrue.
