Going through lots of changes with rebranding, mergers, layoffs etc.

Great company until 2023

Pros

Family first, good benefits, some good people still there but most are gone after multiple rounds of layoffs.

Cons

Leadership changes constantly, and they have many leaders in place that are a total joke. Yes, they blame the economy but the way they handle people that were the drivers of success for many years was total garbage. People still there are praying to be laid off next because the culture is so toxic and it starts with the CEO.
