      None because they are very shady

      They Hired me as a Business development manager, and I was in my 5th week of training and they lay me off at no fault of my own because they have to downsize because of internal issues. So I passed on 2 other great opportunities for this position and they screw me over. They gave me 1 more check for severance and said they would not stop unemployment. But I hadn't made enough money to qualify yet so completely unethical and horrible experience and would never go there if this is how you mess with people lives.

      Pros

      Decent operational hours and helping people get jobs. Bonuses are ok at best.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Leadership is inexperienced and purely placed in those positioned based on tenure. Leaders don’t know how to develop and training is a joke.
