Great work life balance, PTO on day one Solid benefits Competitive salary with nice bonuses Flexible and hardworking management team I worked with some great, hardworking people. Our management was flexible and understanding. This was probably the best team I've worked with in my career. My position covered all the bases, with a comfortable wage, and up to now was the best job I've ever had. If you were a hard worker and completed your tasks, there was nothing to worry about.
Cons
Being a staffing firm, this is a company completely at the whims of the economy. It is boom/bust, as times get tough and money tightens, contractual staffing is one of the first things to go.
