      Pros

      Learned a lot. It was right in the middle of the merger, so there were a lot of loose threads to catch and grow on.

      Cons

      Management was punitive, and jump on every error even when I was a new employee. Very stuck on timeliness of arrival, instead of output. Low budget and not willing to spend money on automation. Didn't feel like there was any career growth.

      There are zero pros for this company.

      Cons

      It is not a family first organization. They could careless about you, only about their numbers and $$$!! Also, low paid, no room for growth, and low raises.
