Pros
autonomy to do what you need to do to get the job done. Smart, hard working and fun people to work with. manufacturing and logistics specialty is amazing and truly a differentiator. Most Area and Regional mgmt is good. Managers have your back and will help you to figure it out...whatever "it" might be that day.
Cons
They move at snail pace to get important things done. I've been a part of large mergers before and unfortunately the Select Staffing, EB merger was for me an example of how NOT to do it. They all seemed very indecisive about important things, which is not what you need in a leadership team. No review structure or chance for base increases.
