You are reinforcing a lot of the mechanisms of poverty by taking the most vulnerable people and putting them into the rotation of short terms gig work. While it is great helping non English speaking people find jobs, placing them at sites that work them 6-7 days a week with 10-12hr shifts at minimum wage doing very hard labor felt very icky. Of course this isn't expressly Employebridges fault but they definitely were beneficiaries of this toxic system. I also experienced one of our placements losing their arm at a worksite which was traumatic. The company didn't offer much to the effected employee nor the recruiting staff who were all deeply effected. Poor folks are the most impacted by workplace injuries and we should have immediately dropped that employer until a complete safety audit was completed.

Management doesn't care about their employees, management doesn't listen, are too quick to get off the phone when something is being voiced, company is stingy, work gets piled on and Management has you do things that aren't in your job details, they love to promote people who don't do good on their jobs.
