Pros

If you master strategic inertia (staying visible but not essential, engaged but not accountable), you can do well here. The company does a great job of painting a rosy picture of the future, which can be comforting if you don’t look too closely at the present. If you’re allergic to ownership or accountability, you’ll fit right in.

Cons

Bureaucratic Rot has fully set in. Decision-making prioritizes short-term optics over long-term strategy. The company rewards self-preservation over problem-solving—initiative is often punished, and avoiding responsibility is the safest career move. Technology and operational decisions exist in an aspirational state, where leadership speaks of an idealized future without a viable plan to get there. A culture of "not my job" has taken hold, ensuring that critical issues are left unaddressed indefinitely.

Pros

I loved my fellow coworkers and former supervisor

Cons

The leadership is horrible. They don't care about the people who actually make the company work (multiple layoffs have shown this). Top leaders make great money while paying those who make the company work pennies in this economy! Layoff employees while top leadership still goes on trips! The overall culture of this company has changed and not for the better!

Unfortunately, Employbridge has been affected by ongoing economic uncertainty and decreased demand. As a result, we have had to reduce our total permanent workforce. We appreciate the dedication and contributions made by our Employbridge colleagues who were impacted by these reductions. We take your concerns seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these with you directly. If you are willing to, please reach out to PeopleSuccess@employbridge.com. Thank you.

Pros

They paid me well. That's about all.

Cons

What should be easy never is at EmployBridge. They want to do great things but never stop changing course. Technical managers are lazy and focused on building their empires. I was openly pitted against other groups in an ongoing effort to undermine the work being done by the other teams. Collaboration was a buzz word and nothing more. Truly one of the most toxic places I've ever worked. The day I walked away, I smiled for the first time in months.
