I really enjoyed working at #twiceasnice Recruiting. I got to work with clients across all kinds of industries — no two days were the same. I was constantly learning, whether it was about different roles, markets, or hiring strategies. It was also rewarding to help candidates take the next step in their careers and help clients build strong teams. The team itself was one of the best parts — everyone was approachable, supportive, and willing to pitch in. It was a collaborative environment where people genuinely wanted to help each other succeed.
