As with many growing companies, processes and expectations can evolve rapidly, which may be challenging for some. Agencies are not the right environment for everyone but it is a great fit for people who thrive in a fast pace and are super adaptable at work! Communication between teams and leadership could be more consistent.

The poor leadership of this company doesn’t provide adequate guidance and a work environment to its employees that is conducive to growth and learning. Our leaders simply care about the money we rake in, treating us like machines.
