1406 is a small but growing company, which means things are always evolving. We’re balancing client work while figuring out new processes and shaping what the company looks like. It can be a lot, but it’s also really cool to be part of that growth. The team here is awesome. Everyone is smart, supportive, and genuinely wants to do great work for our clients. There’s no “that’s not my job” attitude, and people are always willing to step in and help where needed. Since processes are still being developed, there’s a lot of opportunity to have a say in how things are done rather than just following a rigid structure.
Cons
It’s definitely a fast-paced environment, and things can change quickly, especially when working with clients. If you’re not used to that, it can feel overwhelming at times. There are moments when it feels like drinking from a firehose because so much is being figured out, but if you enjoy problem-solving and adapting, it’s actually an exciting challenge. Overall, if you like working with smart people, solving real client challenges, and being part of a company that’s still growing and evolving, this is a great place. If you prefer a super structured, predictable environment, it might not be the best fit.
