* Its exciting to work for a company that is product focused and puts security first
* Shocking to read reviews about the Senior Manager of Account Management. I've personally worked with the Senior Manager for over a year and can reassure you that he really cares about helping his team succeed. Does he hold people accountable? Yes, but that's his job! If you don't want to be held accountable for the work you produce you shouldn't be in sales. Simple.
* I'm grateful to work in an organization that recognizes hard work and wants to grow their employees. I worked on a growth plan with the Senior Manager of Account Management and as a result I've been promoted for my efforts. Like anything in life, how you use the resources available to you to improve will determine your success.
* The people are amazing and always willing to help!
* Work from home is great for work life balance
* Wellness days are an awesome perk
* Customers are amazing and VERY happy with the product
Cons
* Need more products to sell
* Competition comes in very cheap even though our product is way better, this can be very hard in an environment where the customer is only focused on the most affordable solution

- Awesome founders when they were involved in the day-to-day
- Great benefits
Cons
- Lost a lot of what made this place special during the scale up from 100-1000 employees
- Hired a ton of outside leadership which ultimately resulted in a culture shift and many of the people who worked there the longest leaving

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback about our culture.
Take care,

* Flexible working arrangements and quite a bit of autonomy.
* A genuinely supportive manager and a collaborative, positive team environment.
* Competitive pay for the role and responsibilities.
Cons
In recent years the company has shifted in a direction that feels very different from the organisation I originally joined.
* There is a strong emphasis on a “high performance culture”, but there is limited structure or support in place to help employees develop the skills needed to meet those expectations.
* Career progression and compensation increases can feel closely tied to visibility rather than the quality or impact of the work itself.
* The company is moving away from its fully remote approach. In-person events that were once optional are now mandatory, even for teams that may not directly benefit from them. The locations chosen do not always appear to consider the needs or circumstances of a globally distributed workforce, and employees are now required to go through formal accommodation processes simply to avoid international travel due to health or safety concerns.
