Pros

Amazing benefits, fully remote, and a leader in their space.

Cons

As far as the GTM team goes, it's extremely chaotic. A very small percentage Customer Success, Account Managers, Account Executives, and SDRs hit quota. It's the lowest I've seen in any tech company. Which means you won't be making much if you're not one of the few who hit quota. The people leading these teams are under pressure from above and don't push back, so it falls down the the rest of us. The only people who aren't stressed are those who climbed the social ladder and became close friends with management. I understand nepotism exists at every company, but it's VERY apparent here. Career progression is also a joke. They'll add 'senior' in front of your title if you don't complain and put on a fake smile so you think you're progressing and so you don't ask about career progression. Teams have goals that are at odds with other teams which creates a lot of friction. Overall, morale has taken a huge hit and people can't even fake it anymore. The culture is a joke as it's very fake and this is something that's apparent to everyone. A number of people have been let go, not because they didn't hit quota, but because they spoke out and voicing their opinions. Opinions that frankly the majority of us shared.

Pros

- Awesome founders when they were involved in the day-to-day - Great benefits

Cons

- Lost a lot of what made this place special during the scale up from 100-1000 employees - Hired a ton of outside leadership which ultimately resulted in a culture shift and many of the people who worked there the longest leaving

Pros

* Flexible working arrangements and quite a bit of autonomy. * A genuinely supportive manager and a collaborative, positive team environment. * Competitive pay for the role and responsibilities.

Cons

In recent years the company has shifted in a direction that feels very different from the organisation I originally joined. * There is a strong emphasis on a “high performance culture”, but there is limited structure or support in place to help employees develop the skills needed to meet those expectations. * Career progression and compensation increases can feel closely tied to visibility rather than the quality or impact of the work itself. * The company is moving away from its fully remote approach. In-person events that were once optional are now mandatory, even for teams that may not directly benefit from them. The locations chosen do not always appear to consider the needs or circumstances of a globally distributed workforce, and employees are now required to go through formal accommodation processes simply to avoid international travel due to health or safety concerns.
