Easygoing agency, perhaps to a fault - Medical Assistant 365 Health Services Employee Review

Like many other care agencies, resources available to employees in the field are minimal and communication with management is not great. Pay is low, and accordingly, expectations from higher ups also seem to be extremely low. Not great quality of care for the clients, but as caretakers we of course always have the opportunity to improve those circumstances. in this case one would need to use their own initiative to do so.
