      3M is an excellent company where you will have the opportunity to learn from all department and being able to take risks. Ethic code and leadership behavior are great!

      Cons

      It demands the incremental growth sales but without including personnel and this affect the turnover in the company.

      Great products and brand recognition. There are a lot of smart people that love to transfer knowledge. If you want to learn, 3M is a great place for you.

      Cons

      The culture has changed with the new CEO. The company became more aggressive towards driving revenue versus making innovative products. Also, many people have been upset with the end of remote work.
