      Great benefit package, work remotely, great people to work with

      Company is moving too fast, people don’t unplug, communication between departments is lacking. Marketing is missing steps & moving too fast. Example-go sell these widgets…ok will do where’s my price file??

      Pros

      Great products and brand recognition. There are a lot of smart people that love to transfer knowledge. If you want to learn, 3M is a great place for you.

      Cons

      The culture has changed with the new CEO. The company became more aggressive towards driving revenue versus making innovative products. Also, many people have been upset with the end of remote work.
