      The project I work on is challenging and I learn new things. I get help whenever I ask for it.

      The company is not investing so much in employees as it did one or two years ago and this is a negative direction to follow.

      Not really sure id say there are pros to this place

      Cons

      Anything and everything. Been here 3.5 years. I've had 4 different leadership changes. They lack full execution. They lie constantly about pay and raises. Roles change ALL the time.
