4M is a JOKE! - Supervisor 4M Building Solutions Employee Review

They don't care for the turnover rate! They do NOT have your back when your in the right. So that means there motor is crap! The hire mangers right in that have no experience in janitorial. They do NOT train people right. They transfer people to accounts that they are about to lose. When you have a problem with your Manager you tell your higher up bosses you need to talk to them, but they call your Manager insread of contacting you to see what they can correct. They only care about money in there pockets and could care less about what there employees make and how hard they really work!! They keep the lazy ones and get rid of the hard workers who enjoy there job!!! 4M is a JOKE!!
