I started at 4M when I was a teenager. Through hard work and dedication I was able to grow with the company. I am happy to say that I even left the company for a year to pursue other interests, but 4M was encouraging of this and told me I was always welcome to come back, which I did and have continued to grow. 4M believes in letting it's Team Members explore their creativity and shine in efforts to move the company forward which makes it such a wonderful place to work!
