      Pros

      Leadership at store level really cared. If you work hard it gets noticed and rewarded.

      Cons

      Pay is so low it's hard to make it worth it. No overtime really is a bummer. Managment pay is very low for a full time job. Advancement is slow

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
