      Pros

      Some of the most loyal, most fanatical customers for any company I have ever seen. It truly feels great to serve customers who are in Police, Fire, Rescue and the military.

      Cons

      Goal of 20% growth is a stretch on limited resources. Departments are asked to do more each year with the same head count. That is very stressful.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
