      Pros

      amazing company to work for. awesome discount on merchandise. ideas brought to the table were used and you were made to feel like part of the team. If you put the effort in you were able to travel and make a difference not just in your store but across your district.

      Cons

      Trust issues within the management. Not enough mid level management to have checks and balances within the organization.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
